If you know me, you know I am one of those people who “live to eat”, rather than “eat to live.” I love to eat. It is one of my hobbies, really. Luckily, at my ripe age of 24, my metabolism is still on my side I can get away with eating ridiculous calorie-bombed foods in Europe, although intense cardio sessions may be required. Totally worth it.
I love, love, love sweets. Like to the point where I have to have something sweet every single day, even if it is just a small piece of dark chocolate. I have compiled just a couple of my favorite desserts thus far in Europe.
Chocolate Souffle with Raspberry Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. Unbelievable. My favorite. -Luxembourg
Just a freshly made strawberry and whipped cream crepe drizzled with Nutella. Breakfast of Champions. –Paris
I never got an official name for this guy here, it was just the “chef’s creation.” No complaints to the chef! –Wesel, Germany
Here is just a snapshot of one of many mouthwatering bakeries that seem to be on every corner. -Luxembourg
Tiramisu. The best I’ve had to date, but I am hoping to have a new 1st place once we hit Italy. -Oberhausen, Germany
